Satair A/S

IT Supporter - Copenhagen

Satair has been on a successful journey the past years and grown a lot. As a part of this growth, two of our IT Supporters have advanced within the IT organization in Copenhagen. We are looking for two bright and motivated new colleagues to join our team!

You will become a part of a team consisting of eleven skilled, motivated and engaged colleagues. We work to serve our 1,400 colleagues in the global business. Besides this we work closely with our colleagues in IT, especially our IT System Specialists who manage the entire IT infrastructure worldwide.

About the position
Reporting to Head of IT Support you will work within the area of global IT Support. The position as IT Supporter enables you to work in an international environment as IT support is provided worldwide. Satair operates world-wide 24/7 and we in IT Support aim to achieve that too.

The role as an IT Supporter in Satair Group covers 1st and 2nd line support but also involves participation in bigger tasks such as software deployments worldwide and projects. We aim at developing our IT Supporters to give them a wide technical knowledge and not just handle repetitive tasks exclusively. We practice a culture where learning, sharing knowledge and taking ownership of tasks goes hand in hand. To achieve this, we foster a fun working environment where we help each other.

Amongst the many projects ongoing, some are especially worth mentioning as the IT Support is a key contributor.

We are…

  • Changing our mail platform from Domino/Lotus Notes to newer technology. The choice is GSuite/Gmail.
  • Implementing a new ITSM system which is the core of our work platform and have chosen Cherwell.
  • Strengthen the usage of our recently implemented Microsoft SCCM solution.
  • Deploying and customizing Windows 10 to replace our Windows 7 client platform.

As Satair is an international company it is important that you find it motivating to work with colleagues from different cultures and in different locations. As Satair is a part of Airbus, we have strong connections to their IT / IS side, and experience from working in a big organization where you need to include many different stakeholders would therefore be an advantage.

Limited travel may occur.
