Satair is currently looking for a new HR Business Partner to join the team in Copenhagen. Referring to the Head of HR in Copenhagen you will act as HR Business Partner for a designated business area. Besides the advisor role to your area, you will work closely with colleagues in Hamburg, Singapore and the US on various initiatives, projects and processes.

As HR Business Partner your primary tasks will be to:

  • Be the trusted advisor to the managers and their teams in your area.
  • Support management in a pro-active way to navigate through changes and growth.
  • Anticipate and provide feedback and advice on performance related issues and support the continuous development of the business and its management.
  • Handle recruitment activities in Copenhagen.
  • Own and drive the company’s onboarding program.
  • Support the implementation of business strategies to improve individual and organisational performance.
  • Support implementation of the global HR strategy and HR processes within the assigned business areas in collaboration with the global HR Team.
  • Develop and implement various HR initiatives across all business areas and sites.

 You will have a central and important role within the entire organization with many interfaces. Your tasks will have a high degree of variation and you will be able to influence focus areas, tasks and most importantly the impact HR has in the business.

Experienced HR Business Partner with a strong business acumen
Your educational background could be within HR, Political Science or Business Management – we are mostly interested in how you have used your eduction as a succesfull HR professional in a similar role for at least five years, and preferably within an international organization. You have a high degree of business acumen and experience from a complex matrix organization. You have a broad knowledge of general HR focus areas, particularly within recruitment, and understand how you as a HR Business Partner can add value to the business. You also have a solid understanding of employment law, legislation & HR basic processes in general.

As an individual, you have strong people skills enabling you to engage with others in a direct, friendly and honest manner while balancing support and service towards the organisation. Furthermore you thrive working in a high-pace environment.

You must be fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing.
