Student assistant – international communication and marketing (18 hours per week)

Do you want to strengthen your competences working with international communication? At Satair, Copenhagen we are looking for a student assistant for our Marketing and Communication department. You will be a part of a dynamic department split between our two headquarters in Copenhagen and Hamburg, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference. With offices in all parts of the world we operate in an international environment with international challenges.


Your work assignments:

Your assignments will cover a broad spectrum, so while you are strengthening your competences, you will have the chance to create your own daily tasks. Examples of assignments are:

  • Assist in different communications projects – internally and externally
  • Contribute to running, developing and maintaining our social media platforms
  • Support ad hoc communication, PR, and writing-related assignments
  • Assist in the further development of our customer magazine, SimplyFly, and other internal and external publications
  • Update e-mail, customer and press contact lists
  • Support the development, updates and design of presentations for internal and external use
  • Support the development, incl. graphical work, of brochures and online media
  • Support hands on tasks i.e. distribution and packaging of marketing material across global offices, internal coordination across our global offices etc.


What we expect of you:

  • You speak and write fluent English
  • You are strong in using MS Office
  • You have a good business acumen and are an expert user of social media
  • You are focused on both high quality and keeping deadlines
  • You are creative, analytical, a team player and you take initiative
  • You are studying a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a communication related field and have minimum 1,5 years left of your studies.
