Product Support


• Analyse sales and profitability for the Chinese market and communicate findings and drive actions accordingly.
• Identify sales gap issues regards to price, stock and product value propositions
• Coordinate with Product Managers on sales prices and Larger RFP and quotes
• Proactively support product management with data analysis and improving reporting tools
• Collect market intelligence and feed-back of same to Commercial and Product Management.
• Support sales on tenders and coordinate with stakeholders (Customer Solutions and Sales)
• Prepare data to support customer contract proposals and on selected customer visits.
• Handle other product administrative tasks as per agreement with line manager
• Keep direct reporting lines informed of the status of agreed tasks and any critical problem areas
• Ensure a good coordination with other departments/functions
• Handle and reply to operational inquiries of a less technical nature

• Aerospace market knowledge is preferred
